What impacts event costs?
The type of event and number of participants. How far in advance the event was booked (short notice events may cost more) Some events are flat fee events.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No, simply create an account and start booking events right away. You do however get a discounted rate when you pre book 6 events or more.
What is included with each event?
We provide everything needed for the event including: the event host, marketing materials, RSVP management, setup and breakdown, event pictures, google reviews and attendance numbers.
What kind of marketing materials do you provide ?
We provide you with flyers, social media content to promote upcoming event. And post pictures to use to build anticipation for your next event. All included for free.
Do you do cleanup and breakdown?
Yes, our event hosts manage the whole event from set up to breakdown.
What is your event cancellation policy?
Cancelations must be made within 10 days or more from the event date or you will be charged the full amount.
How often do you add new events?
We update our events every season and can customize special events for your property.
How far in advance do we need to book an event?
Events must be booked at least 15 days in advance. Anything shorter than that will incur a small short notice fee.
Can we add on to events that are already pre planned?
Of course! Ask bout our premium add-on packages, designed to make your gatherings truly unforgettable. Like professional photography or videography services, professional bartenders, or choose from additional entertainment options like magicians, live bands or DJ’s to delight your residents.
